How will clients know emails are being sent on behalf of my business?

All automatic and manual messages sent through Full Slate come from 'no-reply@fullslate.com.' However, we set a 'friendly name' in most cases so clients know it's a message sent on behalf of your business. More on the specifics below:

Automatic Emails (e.g. reminders, followups)

All automatic emails will appear to be sent from your company name, as listed in the account on the 'Company' tab.

Manual Emails (e.g. confirmations on appointments booked internally)

When you have an email listed under Setup > Company, manual emails will appear to be sent from your company name, as listed in the account on the 'Company' tab.

When you don't have an email listed under Setup > Company, manual emails will appear to be sent from your user name. (ie: the first and last name listed under Account > My Profile)

We can no longer set your user or company email as the 'from email' due to stricter email authentication rules, specified by DMARC. More on that here
