One of the options in the Reports feature is to filter by 'status'. Status options include:
- No Status
- No Show
- Checked In
- Marked Complete
You can mark the status of an appointment by clicking the appointment on the Schedule tab and selecting one of the status options in the upper-right corner of the details slider. If a status has not been marked on an appointment, it will be counted as 'No Status'.
Please note that the 'Marked Complete' status only includes appointments that have been marked as 'Complete' per above; it does not include all past appointments.
