How are appointments with multiple or no services counted in reports?

If an appointment has more than one service on it, then each service will be counted as an 'appointment' for reporting purposes. So if an appointment includes two services -- say, "Hand Manicure" and "Pedicure" -- this will count as two in the 'Appointments' count.

If an appointment has no services (which is an option when booking internally), it will be counted as one 'appointment' for reporting purposes.
