What events are included in reports?

Appointments -- Appointments booked by clients and staff are included in reports. 'Online' appointments are those self-booked by clients online, and 'Offline' appointments are those booked by staff internally.

Recurring appointments -- Each instance of a recurrence is counted for reporting purposes.

Canceled appointments -- Canceled appointments are not included for reporting purposes. Sorry, we don't currently offer any reporting on canceled appointments.

Personal events -- Events marked as 'Personal' on the Schedule tab are not included in the reports.

Classes -- Classes are not included in reports at this time.

    It would a great time saver as a busy business to have a report that kept track of each staff's hours and pay to then easily export it into Quickbooks. MindBody Online and Vagaro as well as many others have this feature included in their software. They even go as far as including staff tips in the report.

    Thanks so much for your feedback. If you go to the "Reports" tab in your Full Slate account, there is an "Hours" report that you can use to determine the total amount of appointment hours for each staff. We don't have a way to general the total payroll for each staff, however, I will pass along your feedback to our product team.
