Why am I not able to log-in on a new/different device?

When you are accessing Full Slate on a new or different device than you usually log-in with, log-in issues can sometimes arise. If that is the case, please check the following to see if this addresses your issue.

1. Please make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. Not sure if it is set to accept cookies or not? Take a look here

2. Please make sure your browser has Javascript enabled. To check if it is enabled or not, please take a look here

3. If you have any malware/adware software installed on your device, please disable it temporarily to see if that is what is causing your Full Slate log-in issue. If this is the case, you should be able to add an exception for Full Slate.
