Can I resend a gift certificate to a client?

There's not a way in the system to resend a gift certificate to a client if they lost or did not receive the original email. You can however copy the voucher code and email it to them separately.

Here's how:

1) Find the voucher under the Sales tab and copy the voucher code.

2) Go to Clients > Details and bring up the client's profile.

3) Click 'Send message', modify the template to indicate you're re-sending them their voucher code and then paste the code into the message. Click 'Send'.
