Why can't I log into my account on my mobile phone?

If you're unable to log into your Full Slate account on your mobile phone, please try the following to see if it fixes the issue:
1.  Please ensure you are entering the correct address in your phone's browser:
2.  Go to the settings for your phone's browser and clear the cache and then immediately turn off your phone and restart it.
3.  Ensure the settings on your phone's browser are set to accept cookies and to allow javascript.
If those steps don't work for you, please contact us. Tell us about your phone, including what type of phone it is and what operating system it's running, and we'll look into it.
