How do I set up multiple locations?

Full Slate can help you manage your schedule across multiple locations.  You can keep different hours at each location, have clients choose where they want their appointment to be, and even include the address along with links to a map and directions in the appointment confirmation and email reminder.

Your landing page can list multiple addresses, with each location marked on the map.  Clients can choose the location they want first, or select a service and then see where it’s offered.  (You can also create website widgets and buttons for individual locations.)

Here's how to setup multiple locations in Full Slate:

1) Add your locations under Setup > Company, including location name and address.
2) Add "providers" under Setup > Staff and assign each one to a location.  For staff that work at more than one location, create a staff record for each location.  (Don't worry, we won't charge you more for the extra "staff". Just email to let us know how many actual staff you have, and we'll adjust your account accordingly.)
3) If need be, you can establish different services and/or prices for each staff/location under Setup > Services.  Be sure to go back to Setup > Staff and mark which services are performed by each staff.
4) Set the days and times each staff/location is available on the Schedule tab using the 'Edit hours' button. For detailed instructions on how 'Edit Hours' works, see here
5) If you want clients to select a location first, go to Setup > Booking Details and ensure the setting for "Do you allow clients to select a location?" is set to one of the "Require clients to..." options.
6) Finally, you may want to add location-specific placeholders (e.g., {location}, {address}, {map link}, {directions link}) to the templates for the automated confirmation message and email reminder to help ensure that clients go to the right place!  More on that here.
