We have agents ready to help between 7:00am - 5:30pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, and we'll often quickly get back to you outside of those hours too.
The best way to reach us is by clicking the "support" link in the upper-right corner of your Full Slate account. This will give you two options: 1) chat with one of our support reps during business hours or 2) submit a support ticket. If an agent is not available for an online chat, the system will give you an opportunity to submit a ticket. We generally respond to tickets within two hours during business hours.
Another option is to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We answer every email and generally respond within two hours during business hours.
If it's urgent, you can call us toll-free at 1-888-489-6543. We try to make sure someone is available to take your call between 7:00am - 5:30pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. If no one answers, please leave a message with your number and the best time to reach you. We'll call back as soon as possible.
