You can call us toll-free at 1-888-489-6543. We try to make sure someone is available to take your call between 7:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday. If no one answers, please leave a message with your number and the best time to reach you. We'll call back as soon as possible.
Schedule a Support Session
You can also schedule an interactive support session here. As necessary, we'll send you instructions on how to share your computer screen so we can see what's going on. Then we'll work through your questions together.
Another option is to click the "Help" link in the upper-right corner of your Full Slate account. This will give you two options:
1) Hit Contact Us and chat with a member of our Care team during business hours or
2) Hit Support Site and submit a support ticket. If an agent is not available for an online chat, the system will give you an opportunity to submit a ticket.
