Message Templates

Can I modify message templates?

Some messages are sent automatically when a client makes an appointment. We've created templates for these under Messages > Templates, along with other common correspondence:

Accept Appointment - Notifies client when you accept their appointment request (only applies if you've turned on accept/decline)
Appointment Confirmation - Automatically sent to client after booking an appointment (unless you've turned on accept/decline)
Appointment Reminder - Reminds client of the date and time of an upcoming appointment
Cancel Appointment - Notifies client if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment; an email is not sent to the client when the client cancels the appointment themselves online
Client Email Verification - Verifies that client provided a legitimate email address and provides link to complete booking process (only applies if you've turned on email verification)
Client Password Reset - Send a password reset email to a client that has already registered
Decline Appointment - Notifies client if you turn down their appointment request (only applies if you've turned on accept/decline)
Due for Visit - Encourages clients you haven't seen in awhile to make an appointment online
Employee Invitation - Allows employees to login and manage their schedules using Full Slate
Happy Birthday - Wishes happy birthday to a client
Invite Client to Register - Invites clients to register to manage their appointments online
Invite Client to Schedule - Invites clients to make their next appointment online
Request Testimonial - Invites clients to create a testimonial/review for your business
Tentative Confirmation - Automatically sent to client after submitting an appointment request online (only applies if you've turned on accept/decline)
Thank You - Thanks client for their business and provides a link to make another appointment
You can customize any of these templates with your own wording. Just select the template you want to edit from the list on the left, revise it, and click 'Save' (or 'Cancel' to discard your changes).
