      Can I upload my existing gift certificate or package vouchers?

      We currently support the ability to upload existing gift certificate vouchers, but not packages. Attached is an import template for gift certificates, which includes a sample for a gift certificate. 

      Please be sure to save your import file as a CSV file and include the template headers at the top of each column. Then, go to Sales > Import to upload your existing gift certificates into Full Slate.
