How can I charge my clients for a missed appointment?
If you have a card on file for the client, you can charge them through your payment processor. Be sure to clearly disclose your cancellation policy to clients when they give you their card to reduce the chance of charge-backs or losing a dispute; we suggest using the “policy” box under Setup > Client Payment for this purpose.
If you're using Stripe, log into your Stripe account at www.stripe.com, go to Customers, click the client you need to charge, click Create Payment, and then process the charge.
