How do the Message and Memo fields work?

The ‘Message displayed on sales receipt’ field will be displayed on the Sales Receipt or Invoice, whereas the Memo field will not be included on the Sales Receipt or Invoice.

So you can use the Memo field for internal comments, and this will be synced to QuickBooks Online.
