Will client payments sync to QuickBooks Online?

Yes, if you are integrated with QuickBooks Online under Setup > QuickBooks Sync and a client pays a deposit or full payment when booking online, this will automatically sync and generate a sales receipt in your QuickBooks Online account, whether you used Checkout or not. You can access this receipt by clicking on the appointment in Full Slate.
