What events are included in reports?
Appointments -- Appointments booked by clients and staff are included in reports. 'Online' appointments are those self-booked by clients online, and 'Offline' appointments are those booked by staff internally.
Recurring appointments -- Each instance of a recurrence is counted for reporting purposes.
Canceled appointments -- Canceled appointments are not included for reporting purposes. Sorry, we don't currently offer any reporting on canceled appointments.
Personal events -- Events marked as 'Personal' on the Schedule tab are not included in the reports.
Classes -- Classes are not included in reports at this time.
